Mike Stephens is the EVP of Sales at Parsec Automation. Mike has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having served in various leadership roles at companies such as Vigilistics, Inc., Capton Inc., and PureEdge Solutions.

At Vigilistics, Mike was responsible for leading and managing the company's overall operations. Mike reshaped the company strategy, positioning, and restructured the product portfolio to enhance customer value proposition, driving Vigilistics to become a leading provider of quality, profitability and sustainability solutions for food & beverage manufacturers. Vigilistics' software helped some of the largest food and beverage processors in the world - including Nestle, Kroger, Dean Foods, Leprino, and more - to operate more efficiently, effectively and profitably. The company was acquired by SafetyChain Software in 2017.

At Capton Inc., Mike lead sales, product marketing and customer service for an emerging developer of RFID-based beverage tracking & control solution for the hospitality market. Capton’s cloud-based Beverage Tracker helped managers and owners maximize profits, by providing unique visibility into their beverage operations.

Mike began their career at PureEdge Solutions in 2000, where they served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two years.

Mike Stephens has an MCAA in Leadership from Concordia University Irvine and a B.S. in Corporate Finance from Arizona State University.
