Mike Waldrum

Mike Waldrum has over two decades of experience in technical support and account management. Since March 2014, Mike has served as a Senior Support Engineer at Parsec Labs LLC. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Rofin-Sinar from February 2000 to March 2014 as a Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing key client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
