Delivery Director (colombia)

As a Delivery Director at Parser, you will be the main responsible for managing the relationship with one or more of our clients. You are also responsible for all the software and service deliverables produced by the teams and individuals working with you in those accounts.

The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas :

• This role includes driving best software delivery practices and enabling growth through new technology services offering.

• You will drive the communication with key stakeholders.

• You will act as an escalation point to resolve and correct any issue of your team or your client.

• You will proactively look for ways to improve client processes and practices.

• You will create and amend Statement of Works,

• Pre-sales management capacity and support of commercial roles

• Responsibility for financial monitoring of projects

• You will lead and manage the team assigned to the client's projects. Fostering client and team satisfaction.

What You'll Bring To Us:

• • 8 years managing multiple teams and customers.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Experience working in IT/software companies.

• Experience in IT consulting companies

• Experience applying and improving Software Engineering Practices.

• Experience leading software development teams.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Certification in Agile methodologies and PMI is a plus.

• Experience managing projects, budget, releases, risks and customers.

• Experience managing groups of +50 people.

• Ability to lead 8 to 10 Delivery Managers

• Responsibility for the growth of the accounts it manages is expected

• Proven working experience in performance management processes, process improvement, OKRs/KPIs goals, etc.

• Be fluent in  English (exclusive) with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
