Laura Esteve

Laura Esteve has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Laura began their career as a Developer and Functional Analyst at RYACO, where they worked from 2000 to 2005. Laura then moved on to HSBC Bank Argentina as a Business Analyst from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, Laura joined STV Group plc as a Senior Business Analyst, where they gathered requirements and analyzed business needs until 2008. Laura then transitioned to Globant, initially serving as a Senior Business Analyst from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they managed projects for clients in industries such as Travel & Leisure, Media Communication, Commercial Trading, Gaming, eCommerce, and Online Marketing. Laura then took on the role of Project Manager until 2012, overseeing distributed teams and ensuring alignment between product delivery and business goals.

Following their tenure at Globant, Laura joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. - Latin America Services as a Program Manager for the Growing Markets Platform (GMP) program. Laura oversaw the implementation of an IT solution that standardized and automated insurance processes in the region from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Laura returned to Globant as a Delivery Director, responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with clients. Laura also served as VP of Delivery from 2016 to 2020, managing engagements with clients such as BBVA, Santander, Openbank, Bankia, Inditex, Orange, and Telefonica. From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of VP of Delivery and Operations for Augmented Globant, focusing on AI-based products and solutions. Currently, Laura is the VP of Delivery at Parser, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as delivery management, operations, program management, business analysis, and software development. Laura has worked with clients in diverse industries and has a strong belief in the power of AI to improve processes and meet organizational goals efficiently.

Laura Esteve completed their Bachelor's degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Belgrano Day School between 1983 and 1997. Laura then pursued a Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Informacion (Information Technology) from Universidad CAECE between 1998 and 2003. In 2005, they completed a Postgraduate program in Project Management from IEEC Escuela de Negocios, Supply Chain y Logística.
