Maghsoud Imani

Maghsoud Imani is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law and finance, currently serving as a member of the Iran Central Bar Association and as a managing partner at DADAYIN Law & Arbitration Firm. Imani holds multiple senior legal counsel positions at Bank Pasargad, Iran Green Star Petro-Refinery Company, and Parsian Bank, alongside a role as a senior attorney at Petropars. Educational qualifications include an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, and two PhDs in Law from King’s College London and the University of Tehran. Additionally, Imani has been actively involved in academia as a university lecturer in Oil & Gas Projects Finance at Sharif University of Technology and as a senior lecturer in Oil & Gas Law, Economics, and Finance at Imam Sadiq University.
