Inês Frade

Inês Frade has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

In 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Intern at armatis-lc for three months.

In 2016, they were a Member of the Event Management Team at NEP - Núcleo de Estudantes de Psicologia do ISCTE-IUL.

In 2017-2018, they served as the Board Vice-President at NEP - Núcleo de Estudantes de Psicologia do ISCTE-IUL.

In 2018-2019, they worked as an HR Consultant at MY CHANGE.

From July to December 2019, they worked as an IT Recruiter and from December 2019 to January 2022, they held the position of IT Business Manager at KWAN.

Since January 2022, they have assumed the role of Recruitment & HR Operations Lead at Parsly. In this position, they are responsible for performing an analysis of the hiring needs, designing and executing recruitment processes, and conducting tech interviews.

Inês Frade obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psicologia from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in the year 2018. Inês then pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the same institution between 2018 and 2019.
