Jacob Muklewicz

Jacob Muklewicz is a seasoned business immigration attorney with extensive experience in advising companies and foreign nationals on non-immigrant visa petitions and permanent residency. Currently a Shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer since January 2021, Jacob specializes in E, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L-1, TN, O, and P visas. Prior experience includes serving as a Shareholder at Kirton McConkie and providing counsel at Snell & Wilmer. Jacob has also held roles as a Junior Partner at the Law Offices of Brelje and Muklewicz, a Senior Attorney at Brelje and Associates PLC, an Associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and a Law Clerk early in their career. Jacob holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
