Gavin Parsons

Gavin Parsons is the current Director of Hospitality at Parsons Group. Gavin has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a consultant, business owner, and first mate. Gavin was also part of the team that opened Verbena restaurant, where they trained incoming employees and managed the execution of dishes. Gavin's experience and dedication to their work have made him a valuable asset to Parsons Group.

Gavin Parsons completed a Bachelor of Arts at New York University and then went on to study at the International Culinary Center.

Gavin Parsons reports to Cameron Parsons, CEO. They work with Colleen Moody - Executive Director, Mary Catherine McDougall - Controller, and Janelle Parsons - COO.
