Jeff Rice

Jeff Rice is a seasoned professional in construction management, currently serving as Vice President and Project Executive for Parsons Corporation since March 2024, where involvement includes being the Deputy Executive for Tunneling on the MPA Delivery Team. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure at WSP USA from August 1996 to March 2024, holding roles as Senior Vice President of Construction Management, Senior Director of Construction Management, and Principal Supervising Engineer, contributing to projects such as the MTACC East Side Access Project and overseeing numerous third-party contracts. Jeff began the career as a Senior Engineer at Edwards and Kelcey from June 1988 to August 1996, specializing in bridge design, inspection, and rehabilitation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering and completion of studies at Brooklyn Technical High School.
