Joseph Brahm

Joseph Brahm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President at Parsons Corporation since 1999, Joseph previously held the position of Operations Manager at 91 Express Lanes from 1995 to 1999, where responsibilities included managing toll collections, customer service, violation processing, roadway operations, maintenance, and traffic evaluation for toll setting. Prior to that role, Joseph worked as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Caltrans from 1988 to 1995. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.
