Joseph Marie

Joseph Marie is a seasoned executive in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Project Executive at Parsons Corporation, leading the Delivery Partner team on the Hudson River Tunnel Project, the largest infrastructure initiative in the United States. Previously, Joseph held the position of Senior Vice President at STV, overseeing the East Side Access Project as Project Director and managing the New England operations. Joseph also served as Senior Vice President at WSP in the U.S., focusing on rail and transit systems and managing the General Engineering Consultant for the East Side Access Project. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts from Merrimack College, a Master's degree from Penn State University, and has further academic credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
