Marc Mullin currently serves as Vice President, DoD and Intelligence Community Account Executive at Parsons Corporation since April 2023, and previously held the title of Vice President, Intelligence and Information Operations Strategy Account Lead. From December 2015 to October 2022, Marc held significant leadership roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), including Deputy Director for Operations and Acting Director, where responsibilities encompassed all operations activities, budget execution, and strategic planning. Marc led a workforce of over 4,000 personnel across 140+ countries and managed critical HUMINT and CI operations. Additional roles at DIA included Director for Logistics and Global Readiness and Director, DIA Forward Element in Afghanistan. Marc’s extensive experience includes key positions supporting U.S. Cyber Command and establishing the Office of Field Operations. Educationally, Marc holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
