Novane Hizon

Novane Hizon is an experienced Senior Urban Designer currently working at Parsons Corporation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Novane served as an Urban Designer at InSite - Planners / Landscape Architects from October 2021 to August 2022, and previously held the same position at Surbana Jurong Private Limited from January 2018 to August 2021. In earlier positions, Novane worked as a Design Associate at SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. from December 2016 to January 2018 and as a Junior Architect at Thomas Vincent Contractors from June 2015 to December 2016.
