Qamar Raja

Qamar Raja is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and building information modeling (BIM), currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation for EMEA at Parsons Corporation since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Digital Delivery Lead for the Diriyah Gate project at Mace and Digital Delivery Manager for the High-Speed Rail 2 project at SYSTRA Ltd. Qamar previously held several key positions at Parsons Corporation, including BIM Director for the Middle East and Africa, and has contributed to significant projects such as the FIFA World Cup Stadium and Route 2020 Metro through roles at KEO International Consultants and Parsons Corporation. Qamar's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Design Technology and Production from De Montfort University.
