Randy Martin

Randy Martin is an experienced professional in system engineering and defense training with extensive expertise in AEGIS Combat Systems. Currently serving as System Engineering Lead at Parsons Corporation since January 2018, Randy specializes in operational design consulting for Mode 4 inoculation and Mode 5 integration, while developing Maritime IFF briefings for key defense agencies. Previously, Randy held the position of Senior C5I/BMD Trainer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from November 2006 to March 2013, where significant contributions included training Western Pacific Strike Group Staff and developing various defense training courses. Prior experience includes serving as a Strike Group Interop Training Representative at HiPK and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business/Program Management from Colorado State University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management.
