Leo Bugo

Leo Bugo is an experienced professional in voice engineering and telecom operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Voice Engineering at TransUnion since November 2015. In this role, Leo has led global initiatives to standardize and optimize voice and telecom services, implementing UCaaS and CCaaS solutions that have significantly reduced infrastructure costs and improved system reliability. Prior to TransUnion, Leo held various positions at Hagerty Insurance, including Telecom Engineer II, where responsibilities included planning and maintaining telecom systems, and Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support for systems. Leo co-founded MobiInformer, a mobility-focused blog, and began a career in sales at NPI Wireless. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, supplemented by additional education from Global Knowledge and Northwestern Michigan College.
