Rick McAlpin

Rick McAlpin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project management and operations within the engineering and construction industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Area Manager at Parsons Corporation since September 2021, Rick oversees multiple offices and manages a diverse team across various engineering disciplines in the greater Los Angeles area. Previously, Rick held the role of Executive Vice President at Birdi Systems, Inc. and spent several years at Parsons Corporation in various leadership positions, including Corporate Vice President and Ethics Committee Chairman. With an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Rick has a strong educational foundation that complements a robust career in project excellence, risk management, and operational oversight.
