Sylvain Montminy

Sylvain Montminy is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Infrastructure Canada at Parsons Corporation since March 2014. Montminy has held several leadership roles within the company, including Vice President and Regional Manager of Transportation, Bridges & Tunnels for Canada East, as well as Vice President and Sector Manager of Bridges & Tunnels Canada. Prior experience includes serving as Vice-President, Structures Division Manager, and Senior Bridge Engineer at Delcan from January 2001 to March 2014, and positions at McCormick Rankin Corporation and G.F. Williamson Engineering as a Bridge Engineer, further establishing expertise in the sector. Montminy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and completed the SEI class 24 program with ACEC from 2018 to 2020.
