Lauren Haber Jonas

Lauren Haber Jonas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Head of Youth at OpenAI since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Meta from May 2020 to July 2024, where notable contributions included founding a New Product Experimentation group and creating the video-first dating product Sparked. As the Founder and CEO of Part & Parcel from 2016 to 2020, Lauren launched a platform dedicated to plus-size women, which received backing from prominent venture partners and led to the acquisition of ThePearShape, a pioneering fashion platform for plus-size women founded in 2010. Early career highlights include roles in expansion initiatives at Poshmark, and being part of the founding team of Hunters Alley at One Kings Lane, as well as consulting for Microsoft's Dynamics AX. Lauren holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
