Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, completing it between 2003 and 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina has also pursued further certifications. In April 2020, they obtained the LSPR Public Relations Diploma from the London School of Public Relations. Kristina then acquired the HubSpot Inbound Certified credential from HubSpot Academy in July 2020. More recently, in April 2021, Kristina obtained the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification from the same institution.
