Rikesh Patel is an experienced professional in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Platform Support at PAR Technology since July 2012. Previous roles at PAR Technology include Senior Systems Engineer and Technical Support & Testing Analyst, with a notable secondment to McDonald's Corporation as a Business Technical Analyst. Prior to joining PAR Technology, Rikesh Patel worked at MCR Systems Ltd as a Product Test Engineer and Technician, where responsibilities included developing test scripts and configuring EPOS systems. Rikesh Patel holds a BSc (Honours) in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2009.
