Nicolas Goutal

Nicolas Goutal is an energy consultant at Partenor Digital, where responsibilities include application project management for RTE's OPTIREP and IP-SAM Projects, as well as overseeing the Smart Gas Meters deployment for GRDF's GAZPAR Project since July 2018.
