Doug Schmitt

Finding that an English degree built a great personal library but didn’t really put bread on the table, Doug took up a career in the contracting business and honed his business experience along the way. After 30 plus years, he has picked up the reins of Parthenon’s business department to work with the nuts and bolts of the business side of things as the Operations Manager. His proudest achievements include rearing four successful children (including the president of Parthenon Software) and convincing his wife to stay married to him for more than 45 years.
