Heather Condurso

Heather joins Parthenon as Director, Biotherapeutics, bringing 9+ years of biotech experience working in biologics drug development. Most recently, she was the Associate Director of Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering at Jounce Therapeutics where she led a team of scientists working to create new therapies in the field of immuno-oncology. In her time at Jounce, she led protein science and antibody discovery efforts for eight targets, bringing two to development candidate approval, and collaborated with colleagues across research to identify five novel targets for pipeline entry. Previously, she has held positions at Eleven Biotherapeutics and Permeon Biologics working on engineering protein therapies with enhanced properties. Heather received her PhD in Chemistry with a focus on Chemical Biology from Boston College. Prior to that, she received her BS in Chemistry with a minor in Studio Art from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
