Jeff Janotka

VP, Clinical Operations at Parthenon Therapeutics

Jeff is Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations at Parthenon. He provides operational oversight for conduct of clinical trials mirroring Parthenon's mission, strategy, and corporate core values. He brings a wealth of clinical trial research experience to the Parthenon team through his 30 years in drug development, fulfilling leadership roles in project management, clinical operations, and line management. Throughout his career, Jeff has overseen multiple key CRO-Sponsor partnerships which included full-service clinical trials for early drug development, registrational and observational studies. Most recently he served as Oncology Global Therapeutic Head at Pharm-Olam and Sr. Director of IQVIA's largest late phase oncology client. He served for 24 years at ICON Clinical Research / PRA Health Sciences in various roles including Executive Director of Project Delivery and Business Unit Leader of the Americas Clinical Team Management Group.

Over the last 12 years, Jeff's primary focus has been in the management of oncology and hematology studies. His therapeutic expertise also includes cardiovascular, women's health, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, and anti-infective studies, receiving approvals for oncology, CNS, rare disease, anti-infective and cardiovascular compounds.

Jeff won the PRA President's Award twice and the PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year. He received his degree from Yale University in Neurobiology. Jeff remains passionate about developing new treatment options that address the unmet medical needs for cancer patients.
