Aykut Sevi̇m

Aykut SEVİM has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources, Training, and Development Manager at Katılım Emeklilik since February 2014. Responsibilities include payroll and personal affairs, recruitment strategies, job evaluation and compensation management, career and talent management, training design and planning, outsourced firm management, employer branding, and employee satisfaction measurement and improvement. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at Karadeniz Holding from June 2013 to February 2014 and Human Resources and Training Officer at Ziraat Sigorta A.Ş. from May 2010 to June 2013. Aykut SEVİM holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Marmara University and a Master's degree in Career Psychological Counseling from Sakarya University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Istanbul University.
