Salih Kaparca

Salih Kaparca is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently, Salih serves as the Marketing Manager at Katılım Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Groupama Emeklilik A.Ş. as Group Manager, overseeing Collection, Operation, and Call Center functions, along with managerial responsibilities in Life Operations from August 1998 onward. Salih also has been a Manager at Groupama Emeklilik since 2009. Academic qualifications include a management engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University (1993-1997) and participation in the Groupama FSM in English Programme at emlyon business school in 2014.
