Kanchan Jaisinghani

Kanchan Jaisinghani has over 13 years of work experience. Kanchan began their career in 2007 at IBM Daksh BPO as a Customer Service, where they were responsible for floor walking to assist agents with their difficulties on live calls, servicing customers with their queries, and closing of sales. In the same year, they joined IBM International BPO as a Customer Care Specialist, where they were responsible for servicing customers with their queries, mentoring new agents, and suggesting new ideas. In 2008, they joined Crossroads - Cash Craft Venturess Firm as a Sr. Sourcing Executive and was promoted to the same role at Career Crossroads - Recruitment Firm. In this role, they were responsible for creating a network for more candidates (referrals) for interviews, headhunting, and maintaining documentation of the candidate. In 2011, they joined Blue Shores Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Executive, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, sourcing and power planning of candidates through various recruitment sources, and coordinating with the functional line managers to find out the exact requirements. In 2015, they joined Optymyze as an Associate - Talent Management, where they were responsible for monitoring and handling the entire end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advertising roles internally and externally, sourcing passive candidates, managing agency relationships, ensuring the selection process is conducted correctly, building and maintaining strong relationships with HR Generalist teams, and providing regular updates to the management team on the candidates in the pipeline. In 2016, they joined Particle41 as the Head Human Resources.

Kanchan Jaisinghani completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis International University between 2009 and 2010. Kanchan also obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management during the same period. Prior to that, they completed a B.A in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Fashion/Apparel Design certification from an unspecified institution in 2004.
