Cinara Piuco Nass

Cinara Piuco Nass is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Empreendedor at Go UP Eventos e Gastronomia and Chefe executivo at Grupo Céu since February 2024, Cinara also has a strong background in consultancy and executive kitchen leadership since January 2020. Previous roles include Chef de cozinha at Asun Supermercados and culinary leadership positions at Céu Bar Arte and Mó kitchen grill Espaço Unisinos Poa, where skills in menu creation and execution were honed. A foundational education was received at Instituto Gastronômico das Américas and complemented by further studies at UCS and ACM.
