Marcelino Jimenez Guerrero is an experienced consultant in the water and sanitation sector, currently serving as a business consultant since May 2019. Marcelino has held significant roles at ENACAL since 1999, including Director of the PISASH Program and Director of Planning, overseeing project management and international cooperation.
