Fintia Agia Widiya has held a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2013. Fintia Agia began their career as a Junior Auditor (Internship) at Rödl & Partner in 2013. In 2014, they took on the roles of Account Receivable Staff and Tax Staff at Lazada Group. In 2016, they became the Finance & Accounting Supervisor at Pergi.com and the Accounting Escrow Internal at Tokopedia. In 2018, they were the Account Payable Lead at Traveloka. From 2019 to 2021, Fintia held a variety of roles at Chilibeli Pte Ltd, including Sr Finance & Accounting Manager, B2C Sales Manager (Community), and Finance & Accounting Manager. In 2021, they also held the roles of Finance & Accounting Consultant and Sr Finance & Accounting Manager at Partipost Indonesia, as well as Business Growth (C-Suite Office) and Business Growth Consultant at Dropezy.

Fintia Agia Widiya completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of Indonesia in 2017, following an Associate's Degree in Accounting at the same university from 2011 to 2014.
