Truly Rizki Ananda

Truly Rizki Ananda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at PT Pesona Edukasi as a Secretary of the Board of Directors and Marketing. They then transitioned to Namarina Youth Dance as a Dancer before moving on to Namarina Dance Academy, where they served as a Part-Time Teacher, Full-Time Teacher (School Management), and also took on a role in Project Management. Truly then joined WHIM Management Indonesia, where they held various positions including Senior Talent Manager, Senior Talent Support, and Senior Talent Support and Development. They were responsible for designing and implementing training programs, evaluating talent performance, and providing consultancy on training needs within talent management. Following this, Truly worked at ATTN as a Business Process Expert and later as an Operational Excellence Lead, overseeing project management, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the efficient execution of tasks. Currently, Truly holds the position of Operations Director for Indonesia at Partipost, where they lead three functions of the operations team and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic direction and goal-setting.

Truly Rizki Ananda began their education in 2003 at SMA TARAKANITA 1, where they studied Bahasa until 2006. They then attended the University of Indonesia from 2006 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Human Sciences degree in Philosophy. In terms of additional certifications, Truly Rizki Ananda obtained the Associate of The Royal Academy of Dance from the Royal Academy of Dance in November 2008. They also obtained an English Proficiency Test certification from EF English First in January 2022.
