Fernando Swartz has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development, particularly in product development and management. Fernando is currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development at Partner.Co since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at NewAge, Inc. from September 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Product at ARIIX from August 2019 to August 2020.

In 2014-2015, Fernando completed a Master of Science in Food Safety Management from Technological University Dublin. Lastly, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition from Ulster University.
