Meital Varol

Meital Varol has a solid work experience in the field of learning and development. Meital has held various roles in different companies. Meital started their career at Pelephone as an Instructional Designer in August 2010 and worked there until March 2019. During their time at Pelephone, they also served as a Learning and Training Manager. In April 2019, they joined HRplus - Upskill your business as the Head of OD and Soft Skills and worked there until June 2023. Currently, they are the Head of the Learning and OD Department at Partner Israel, starting from June 2023.
