Yevgeny Dolkart

Yevgeny Dolkart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and strategic planning. Currently serving as VP of HR and Operations at Partner Israel since January 2019, Yevgeny leads a team of over 150 people, successfully growing the device repair and wholesale sectors and actively contributing to business development efforts. Previously, at Orange, Yevgeny managed compensation, benefits, and workforce planning, navigating a complex regulatory environment. Earlier roles at 012 Smile Telecom, NICE Systems, and Internet Gold involved leadership in operational strategy, financial analysis, and marketing. Yevgeny holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
