Michael Zotter, PMP, PMI-ACP

Michael Zotter, PMP, PMI-ACP has over 20 years of work experience in project management and technical roles. Michael has recently worked as a Project Manager at Partner Therapeutics. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Rootstock Software, where they led Salesforce SaaS-based ERP implementations and guided customers to achieve full ROI on their SaaS investments.

Before Rootstock Software, Michael was an Engagement Manager at Plex Systems, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for customer project success, completion of SaaS project deliverables, and resolving issues for a successful project outcome.

From 2007 to 2019, Michael worked at QAD where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, and Senior Technical Consultant. In these roles, they managed multiple concurrent customer programs and projects, coordinated projects within global development teams, utilized Scrum and waterfall methodologies, and provided architectural solutions for project execution teams.

Earlier in their career, Michael held roles at Lear Corporation as a Senior eCommerce Technical Lead, Perot Systems Corp as a Senior Lead Developer, and Key Safety Systems as a QAD Business Analyst and Developer. In these roles, they performed EDI mapping, UNIX scripting, programming development, and database management.

Michael Zotter holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the following: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019, PMP Certified Project Manager from the Project Management Institute in June 2013, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I from Salesforce in January 2021, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in August 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in July 2020, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in June 2020. Additionally, they have certifications in QAD Easy On-Boarding Specialist, QAD ICT Development, QAD Trainer Certification, and Six Sigma Green Belt, but the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
