As the Executive Director of People and Culture and a member of the Executive Team, Ms. Marandola is integral to Partner’s rapid growth. She is responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy, aligned with the overall business strategy. She leads the team in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, development, engagement, and retention of great talent and maintaining a culture that is the best home for talented professionals in the field. Ms. Marandola has more than 25 years of HR operational and leadership experience. Prior to joining Partner, she held HR leadership positions for Fortune 50 companies in the AEC and defense industries among others. She has fostered a positive and inclusive workplace culture through strategic hiring approaches, targeted learning and development programs, leadership coaching, streamlined processes and actionable metrics.
