Radu Dumitrescu

Radu Dumitrescu, P.E., C.E.A., LEED AP is a Senior Site Assessor at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since August 2020, with prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at Nova Consulting Group and CBRE. Radu brings extensive expertise in managing and controlling the preparation of Property Condition Assessment Reports for commercial properties across the United States, as well as international projects during tenure at IVI International. Early career experiences include roles as Design Engineer at Carpati Design Institute in Romania, where plumbing and fire protection systems were designed, and as Construction Manager for the Palace of Parliament project in Bucharest. Radu holds a Master of Engineering degree in HVACR from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest.
