Christine Napierkowski

Christine Napierkowski has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Christine started their career at Lord & Taylor in 1999 where they managed sales audit and handled daily reconciliation of registers and revenue components. Christine also prepared monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. In 2010, they joined Pepperjam and held positions as an Accountant 2, VP of Finance and Accounting, and VP of Billing. Their responsibilities included managing billing processes and overseeing finance and accounting operations. In 2020, Christine joined Partnerize as the VP of Payroll/Special Projects. In this role, they manage global payroll, benefits, commissions, and expense reimbursements, ensuring local payroll accuracy in various countries. Christine also reviews and maintains benefits through multiple carriers in the US.

Christine Napierkowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Misericordia University in 1992. Christine further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from the same university in 2002. In addition to their academic achievements, Christine has obtained several certifications, including CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Safety & Health Institute in November 2022. Christine has also completed various LinkedIn courses on topics such as hiring and managing employees, speaking confidently and effectively, human resources: payroll, difficult conversations about politics at work, and HR guidelines, all obtained in either 2022 or 2023.
