Shelly Jones has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelly began their career in 1987 as a Clinical Registered Dietitian and worked in multiple organizations until 1995. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a Healthcare Specialist at US Foods. In 2001, they became a Regional Food Service Director at Centers For Long Term Care. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, first as Chief Clinical Dietitian and then as a LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt facilitator.
