Ailish McDonagh

Ailish McDonagh currently serves as a Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PartnerRe since May 2023. Previously, Ailish held roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, including Senior Human Resources Manager from September 2010 to May 2023 and Human Resources Adviser from April 2008 to February 2009. Other experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at The Bank of New York Mellon and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Evolution Systems. Ailish's career in human resources began at Invesco, where Ailish worked as a Human Resources Adviser from June 2004 to May 2007. Ailish holds a BBS in Business Studies with Human Resources from the University of Limerick and an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, achieving distinction.
