Justin Ventura

Justin Ventura is currently an Associate in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales focused on Multifamily properties at Partners since May 2023. Prior military service with the US Army from June 2016 to June 2020 as a Team Leader enhanced leadership and training skills. Previous experience includes serving as a Property Manager for Vines Management, Inc., overseeing a portfolio of Class A and B properties in Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles, and as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager at Black Lion Investment Group, managing extensive commercial retail space. Additionally, Justin has a background in property management spanning several years at VPMI Inc. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, Justin is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate at the UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business, while also working toward additional credits in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
