Mark Nicholson

Mark Nicholson is a seasoned professional in the property management sector, currently serving as the Managing Director of Property Management at Partners since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholson was the Vice President of Capital Projects at Group RMC from July 2022 to July 2025. A significant part of Nicholson's career was spent at CBRE from January 2008 to September 2022, where roles included Sr. Managing Director of the DFW Market and various leadership positions within Asset Services. Earlier in the career, Nicholson contributed to Houston BOMA as a member and held the position of General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from 2000 to 2006, along with experience as a Property Manager at Premisys Real Estate Services. Nicholson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Real Estate from Stephen F. Austin State University.
