Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah has extensive experience in banking and operations management, currently serving as Vice President and Central Operations Manager at Partners Bank of California since October 2021. In this role, Hardik oversees central operations, fraud investigations, prevention, collections, legal processing, and the wire department. Prior to this, Hardik worked at First Foundation Inc. as a Central Operations Specialist II, handling back office operations and supporting bank staff with operational inquiries.
