Pamela Haddad

Pamela is the Head of People for North America and is responsible for the firm’s North American people strategy and program. She has extensive experience in human capital management, change management and strategic communications with global firms across multiple industries. Pamela is also a member of the firm’s Global People Committee. Prior to joining Partners Capital, Pamela worked as a management consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice where she helped clients navigate complex business transformations and devise forward looking people solutions. Before this, Pamela worked for financial services organizations including Barclays and Cambridge Associates. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
