Crystal Vessels, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience spanning over different industries. Crystal currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources - Operations & Talent Acquisition at the Walt Disney Company for Partners Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, Crystal held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, Acquisition, & Engagement at Addition Financial. Crystal also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter at 4R Restaurant Group. Crystal further gained experience as a Hospitality Recruiter at Goodwin Hospitality, where they managed full cycle recruiting processes and implemented employment marketing strategies. Additionally, they served as the Managing Partner at Restaurant Orsay and as a Wine Consultant at Opici Wines. Crystal has a strong background in human resources, talent acquisition, and management roles.

Crystal Vessels, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Central Oklahoma. Crystal has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2023. Crystal also has an additional certification in "Drive Results with Talent" from The Predictive Index, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
