Geoff Allan

Geoff focuses on sourcing and structuring new transactions for PFG, as well as working with existing clients and oversees portfolio management. Geoff joined PFG in 2012 with a background in corporate transactions and strategic advisory, bringing a range of analytical experience and expertise to the PFG team.

Prior to joining PFG, Geoff worked in the Economic & Valuation Services group at KPMG with engagements in M&A, restructuring, and corporate strategy across a variety of industries. He also worked as a management consultant for technology companies with Keystone Strategy and has experience with economic and financial research groups.

Geoff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and a Master’s focusing in International Finance from Columbia University.
