Jürgen Diegruber

Dr. Jürgen Diegruber is Head of Partners Group’s Munich office and part of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Techem, Global Blue and Hofmann Menue Manufaktur, and has been with Partners Group since 2011, holding 33 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he invested in, developed, and sold numerous companies, including co-founding GermanCapital (former GI Ventures), whose team was subsequently integrated into Partners Group in 2010. Jürgen started his career in 1991 in consulting and was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bossard Consultants GmbH, where his activities focused on strategy, process optimization, lean production and organizational transformation processes. In 1995 he was a co-founder and member of the Management Board of the industry-specific Holding Group Ahorn Grieneisen AG, where he was responsible for buyouts and acquisitions. He holds a master's degree and a PhD in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
