Tim Coan

Tim Coan serves as the Global Head of Talent & Culture at Partners Group since May 2019, focusing on enhancing internal and external hiring effectiveness and increasing retention of high-potential talent. Prior to this role, Coan held several positions at McKinsey & Company, including Associate in Implementation, where responsibilities involved manufacturing and procurement diagnostics in the industrials and medical device sectors. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Hach, managing a large production team, and multiple engineering and managerial roles at Danaher, where emphasis was placed on process improvements through Danaher Business Systems. Coan began his career at General Electric, contributing to locomotive assembly and engine performance initiatives. Tim Coan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
