Alexandra Welty is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at PICS (Partners in Community Supports), Alexandra has contributed to the organization since September 2020. Prior to this, Alexandra held positions as a Staffing Manager at Masterson Staffing Solutions and as an Assistant Store Manager Trainee at Walgreens. Alexandra's career also includes experiences as a Community Management Intern and Temporary Worker at different organizations, as well as a Public Safety Student Worker at Anoka Ramsey Community College. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from St. Cloud State University and an Associate Degree in General Studies from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
